About NSS Units

Our college NSS units have started their function since from the introduction of this scheme in the Nation on 24^th September, 1969. Keepping in view the aims and objectives of the NSS, our college has under taken many programmes like personality development, leadership training, communication skills developments and constructive works in SHRAMADHANA like water harvesting pits, check dams, road construction, creation of gardens, construction of school compounds, tree plantation and in specific under village sanitation programme our NSS volunteers have constructed more than 250 toilets in the  annual special camps at adapted villages. In view of programmes and constructive works given by our NSS units, state and central government have given awards and many opportunities to our volunteers and programme officers. Our volunteers have selected for National RD and State RD parades, NSS adventure programmes, national integration programmes, inter-state youth exchange programmes. Our NSS units, programme officers and volunteers  have been awarded with University level Dr. D. C. Pavate , state  and national level awards.
